Is the ordering procedure secured?

All transactions are secured by a third party to process payments you make on the By Aris site. The third parties have separate Terms and Conditions that you must agree on in order to complete your transaction.

How do I purchase the items in my shopping cart?

Simply click on the product you like, and then add it to your cart. You can checkout when you’re ready!

Shipping & Return

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our jewelry production we are unable to accept returns. Every time a customer adds a piece to his/her cart, we produce the piece after we have received that order. Our atelier is maintained by two makers that make every detail by hand. Therefore, we do not have the capacity to accommodate neither returns nor exchanges. We sincerely apologize for that inconvenience.

What if the piece I received is damaged?

We are more than happy to accommodate you with any damages on the pieces you’ve received. For any inquiries regarding damaged jewelry do not hesitate to email us at jewelrybyaris@gmail.com. We want to ensure that the product you receive is in faultless condition.
